Wildrose Campground, Death Valley National Park

Looking westward from Wildrose Campground in the Panamint Mountains toward the looming Argus Range in the distance. Wildrose Campground, by the way, high up in the Panamints, makes an excellent base of operations during the summer months in Death Valley National Park; temperatures at Wildrose are much more moderate and comfortable that time of year than the summer extremes on full display down in the Valley.
