The conical to ice cream-cone-shaped specimens are salterella, an extinct invertebrate animal which has been placed into its own unique Phylum, called Agmata. Salterella never survived past the early Cambrian Period; collected from the Lower Cambrian Harkless Formation, Esmeralda County, Nevada.
